🔄 Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If there is any issue, we offer a hassle-free exchange.
Exchange Window:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange is Accepted If:
- Wrong size was delivered
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item has a manufacturing defect or damage
Exchange is NOT Accepted If:
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered
- Tags have been removed
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Sale or discounted items
How to Request an Exchange:
- Send a WhatsApp message to +92 311 65 677 65 within 7 days of receiving your order
- Share your order number and clear photos of the item
- Our team will review and guide you through the exchange process
Shipping Cost for Exchange:
- If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.
- If you are exchanging for a different size, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92 311 65 677 65.
- If the advance payment of Rs. 500 has been made, it will be non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.
After Dispatch:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
- If you refuse delivery at the door, the advance amount will not be refunded.
We Reserve the Right to Cancel If:
- The item is out of stock
- Incorrect pricing was listed
- Delivery is not possible to your location
In such cases, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
