🔄 Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If there is any issue, we offer a hassle-free exchange.

Exchange Window:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange is Accepted If:

  • Wrong size was delivered
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item has a manufacturing defect or damage

Exchange is NOT Accepted If:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Tags have been removed
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Send a WhatsApp message to +92 311 65 677 65 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the item
  3. Our team will review and guide you through the exchange process

Shipping Cost for Exchange:

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.
  • If you are exchanging for a different size, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

 

 

❌ Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92 311 65 677 65.
  • If the advance payment of Rs. 500 has been made, it will be non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
  • If you refuse delivery at the door, the advance amount will not be refunded.

We Reserve the Right to Cancel If:

  • The item is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing was listed
  • Delivery is not possible to your location

In such cases, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
