Delivery Coverage: We deliver all across Pakistan including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad and all other cities and towns.

 

🔐 Order Confirmation (Advance Payment)

To confirm your order, an advance payment of Rs. 500 is required at the time of placing the order. This amount serves as your order confirmation fee and will be adjusted in your final bill at the time of delivery. The remaining balance will be collected by the courier at your doorstep (Cash on Delivery).                                                     

Please note that orders will only be processed and dispatched after the advance payment is received and confirmed.

 

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Major Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

 

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard shipping: Rs. 199.
  • Free shipping on all fully prepaid orders.
  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 4,999.

 

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after Advance payment confirmation. (Without order confirmation amount, orders will not be processed). This amount will be deducted from total amount on COD. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

Courier Partners: We ship through trusted courier services including Leopards and PostEX to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Note:

  • Delivery times may vary during sale seasons, Eid, or public holidays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company once the order has been dispatched.

 

 

❌ Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92 311 656 7765.
  • If the advance payment of PKR. 500 has been made, it will be non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
  • If you refuse delivery at the door, the advance amount will not be refunded.

 

We Reserve the Right to Cancel If:

  • The item is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing was listed
  • Delivery is not possible to your location

In such cases, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
